What it is:
A deficiency in Omega 3 levels can cause a range of health issues relating to the immune system and skin disease.
With correct levels of Omega 3 these issues can be corrected in 2-3 weeks of using a daily supplement of Vets All
Natural Flax Seed Oil.
With the huge consumption of processed and cooked pet food diets, it is common for Omega 3 to be deficient. It
will produce an exceptional natural shine in the coat and assist to control “doggy odour” without needing regular
shampoos.
How you use it:
Supplementation with Flax Seed Oil can be continued indefinitely, but is more essential on a cooked diet, and less necessary on a raw food diet.
The suggested dose rate is 1 ml / kg bodyweight (1 teaspoon per 5 kg bodyweight), given once daily for 3 weeks and simply mixed into the animals regular food. Maintenance dosing can be lowered to
the rate of
5 ml per 20 kg of bodyweight. For pets with a history of allergic skin disease, I recommend staying at the higher dose long term.
It has a Best Before date of 24 months from manufacture however will keep longer if refrigerated.
